Customer Service Rep. (Former Employee) says"working for Medicare i learned alot and loved working with the clients . management was great, you could always go to them for help or if you had a question but no one ever seemed to knew what was going on ,it always seemed caotic and disorganized. I loved helping the clients find a good plan that was right for them and saved them a ton of money or reassuring them that we did cover something they needed. It was a good feeling . Sometimes the clients would call just to have someone listen to them when they were lonely and that was ok , i never minded listening just to making them smile or laugh. they however offered no benefits because it was a staffing company . they hire and lay off alot as well. if your looking for temp work this is a good company to work for. i needed a stable job with benefits Cons: no health benefits, and they lay off alot"
