Medicare Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Medicare is a national health insurance program in the United States, begun in 1966 under the Social Security Administration (SSA) and now administered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). It primarily provides health insurance for Americans aged 65 and older, but also for some younger people with disability status as determined by the SSA, and people with end stage renal disease and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease).

Customer Service Rep. (Former Employee) says

"working for Medicare i learned alot and loved working with the clients . management was great, you could always go to them for help or if you had a question but no one ever seemed to knew what was going on ,it always seemed caotic and disorganized. I loved helping the clients find a good plan that was right for them and saved them a ton of money or reassuring them that we did cover something they needed. It was a good feeling . Sometimes the clients would call just to have someone listen to them when they were lonely and that was ok , i never minded listening just to making them smile or laugh. they however offered no benefits because it was a staffing company . they hire and lay off alot as well. if your looking for temp work this is a good company to work for. i needed a stable job with benefits Cons: no health benefits, and they lay off alot"
